UK Shipping
Items that are in stock will be shipped out within 4 working days of receiving your payment, unless otherwise stated.
Your item/s will be packaged securely and shipped out using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed By 1pm, cost will be £7.65 unless otherwise stated.
Looking for more security?
Guaranteed UK next-day delivery with Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9am and 1pm Bespoke Commissions (items made to order) can take a while longer. Once you have sent me your ideas, we will discuss designs and once agreed I will request a non refundable deposit. Upon receipt of the deposit, the process from creation to completion can take up to 6 weeks, including sending off to be Hallmarked (as required, unless delays are reported by The Assay Office). Please note, this could be longer during peak times such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day & wedding season. Upon full payment your item will be shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.
All shipping charges will be calculated by size and weight using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed service. We will stay in contact during this process. If you have an idea you’d like to discuss with me, please contact me.
International Shipping
The EU’s new General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) came into force on 13th December 2024, replacing older safety rules to ensure that all consumer products sold in the EU meet modern safety standards. Due to the new regulations I can no longer offer delivery to the EU & Northern Ireland at this stage.
Please note : I currently only ship to the UK.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns
I hope that you are pleased with your order. If this is not the case, please contact me. I will accept back only stock items, (this does not include earrings for hygiene reasons) that have not been worn and in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please return using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, at your own expense.
Unfortunately, bespoke commissioned pieces (made to order) cannot be cancelled once your deposit has been received, however if you have any concerns during this process contact me. Once delivered I will not accept returns of these pieces as they are made to your own requirements, please take care when placing your order that sizes and specifications supplied are correct. If your commission piece is faulty please contact me.
Refunds
If your in stock item is returned within 30 days, I will refund you within 14 working days back to the original payment method. Please see above for further information.
Exchanges
Exchanges of stock items will only be accepted within 30 days of receipt of delivery, unworn and in original packaging, with prior agreement. Please contact me if you’d like to arrange that.
I am happy to resize your ring, one size either way, for free. Please note if extra metal is required/taken out to resize the ring, this may incur a fee of which we can discuss, please do not return anything to be resized until we have discussed requirements.
If your ring needs to be resized and has a stone set (sea glass or precious stone) the process is more involved, please contact me to discuss requirements.
